What if I don’t attend my ELEVATE Training course?

We understand that life happens, however, we would appreciate as much notice as possible if you cannot attend a training session, as the trainer will have to adapt the course to the amount of attendees. 


If you cannot attend an ELEVATE Training session, online or in-person, please contact training@monitoraudio.group to inform them that you are no longer attending.


If you choose not to attend three times, then you will no longer be able to book new training sessions. You will need to reach out to your Sales Account Manager to unlock your account.
