The process is started by completing this form, this is sent to our System Design team, who aim to respond to any request within 4 hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm UK).
The Designer will then contact you directly to consult on the project brief and ask clarifying questions, which will then be transcribed into a full Project Brief.
Once this is approved by you and the System Design team, the Designer will create your System Design package - details on what is included within this is noted in our What is included in the ELEVATE System Design service? article.
This is run through many layers of approval from our Technical Support team to our Acoustics team to ensure the best possible results can be achieved from your specifications. The package is then delivered to you for approval.
